Career Progression & Permit Guidance: Understand how to grow your career in Ireland and the basics of work permit pathways (non-legal advisory).

This combination of career tools and mentoring ensures that you’re not only job-ready but also positioned for long-term success.

The program runs for 3 months and is structured to gradually build your career profile and job search skills:

Month 1: CV & LinkedIn transformation + Career Roadmap
Month 2: Mock interviews, job application coaching, and networking advice
Month 3: Industry mentoring and progression guidance

By the end of the program, you’ll have a professional toolkit designed to meet Irish employer expectations—and the confidence to succeed.

🔹 Selection Criteria

Since this is a pilot initiative, spaces are limited. To apply, you must provide:

Your updated CV
Your LinkedIn profile link
A short note (3–4 lines) telling us:
- Your job target in Ireland
- Why you believe OPRO mentoring can support you

Applicants must also be legally resident in Ireland (Stamp 2, Stamp 1G, Stamp 1).
