1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services, content, or features provided by SSL-OPRO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy ("Agreement").

Mock interview training and interview skills coaching;

Job search support, including job application strategies, communication skills training, and STAR method coaching;

General information and administrative support related to Irish immigration procedures (non-legal consultancy);
-
Customized career packages combining multiple services.
We do not guarantee employment offers, interviews, visa approvals, or successful outcomes in any application process. The final responsibility for achieving employment or immigration goals lies with the client.
4. Client Responsibilities

Provide full, true, and accurate information necessary to deliver the Services.

Submit all required information within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
-
Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of your own online accounts, including LinkedIn.
-
Not alter your professional profile after receiving our recommendations without notifying us, as doing so voids any obligations.
If these obligations are breached, we reserve the right to:

Refuse or suspend service delivery;
-
Retain payments without refund.
5. Service Delivery Times
We strive to deliver services within 180 business days from receipt of full and correct client information.
Delays may occur due to:

Client errors or incomplete submissions;
-
High volume periods;
-
Technical disruptions;
-
Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, terrorism).
We are not liable for service delays under such circumstances.
6. Payments and Refund Policy

Payments must be made directly to our designated accounts.

No work will commence until payment is confirmed.

A full refund is available within 24 hours after first-time purchase, if no service work has commenced.

No refunds are issued for breach of these Terms.
7. LinkedIn and Third-Party Services

We do not manage, activate, or control any LinkedIn Premium or third-party service subscriptions.

You are solely responsible for your LinkedIn account, including payment for third-party features and compliance with their terms.

13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time without notice if you breach this Agreement or any applicable laws.
Upon termination:

Your rights to use the Services will immediately cease.

No refunds shall be issued.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on our website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
All disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
16. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us.

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further waiver of such term or any other term.

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Clients seeking legal advice must engage an independent, appropriately qualified legal representative.
19. Services Provided Under Quotation
Certain services, including but not limited to immigration consultancy support, are offered on a customized quotation basis.
The final pricing, service description, and terms for these services will be agreed separately in writing before commencement.
Quoted fees are subject to change depending on service complexity, client responsiveness, or regulatory changes, and acceptance of a quote constitutes a separate binding agreement.
20. Client Legal Protections Under Work Permit Support Services
SÚILEACH SOLUTIONS LIMITED provides non-legal immigration consultancy and orientation services in line with Irish regulations. Clients who engage with our work permit process support benefit from the following protections and disclosures:
a) Nature of Services – Immigration Consultancy (Not Legal Advice)
We are a registered immigration consultancy, not a firm of solicitors or regulated immigration advisers under the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015.
Our team holds relevant professional certification and extensive experience in Irish employment permit procedures, but we do not and cannot offer legal advice.
All information provided is for guidance and administrative support purposes only. Clients requiring legal representation or formal legal interpretation must engage a qualified solicitor or regulated legal adviser independently.
b) No Influence Over DETE Decisions
We offer procedural support and documentation guidance only.
The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment (DETE) retains full and exclusive discretion over the outcome of any employment permit application or appeal.
We do not guarantee or control decisions made by DETE or any government authority.
c) Pre-Application and Submission Support Provided
We assist clients with:
Reviewing eligibility criteria for the relevant work permit scheme (e.g. General Employment Permit);
Gathering and preparing documents such as CVs, qualifications, job offer contracts, and reference letters;
Guiding clients and/or their employers through the EPOS online application portal;
Advising on Labour Market Needs Test (LMNT) advertising requirements;
Providing checklists and documentation templates in line with current DETE guidelines.

d) Client Responsibilities and Consent
Clients are solely responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete documentation;
Submitting the required information within 24 hours of payment;
Covering all third-party costs (e.g., DETE fees, newspaper ads, translation, notarisation);
Responding promptly to our communication during the application and appeal process.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may lead to delays or application refusal. In such cases, we are not liable for any associated consequences.
e) Appeal Process Support
If a work permit is refused, SSL-OPRO may provide guidance and assistance in compiling an appeal, which may include:
Re-submission assistance;
Additional document preparation;
Advisory on addressing reasons for refusal;
Appeals are supported only when the client provides all required documents. Additional support fees may apply if client omissions caused the refusal.
f) Quotation-Based Engagement
All services related to work permits are delivered under a customised quotation, which includes:
A description of services;
Total cost and payment terms;
Timeline for delivery;
Client and company responsibilities;
Conditions related to DETE outcomes, document accuracy, and appeal support.
Acceptance of the quote constitutes a binding agreement. Quoted services are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
g) Fair Use and Limitation of Liability
We do not provide:
Direct representation before immigration authorities;
Guarantees of permit approval;
Control over DETE timelines or outcomes.
Our liability is strictly limited to the scope of consultancy and administrative support described in the signed quotation.

II. DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between the Client ("Data Controller") and SÚILEACH SOLUTIONS LIMITED, trading as OPRO Orientación Profesional ("Data Processor").
1. Definitions

"Data Controller" means the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

"Data Processor" means the entity that processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.

"GDPR" means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
2. Subject Matter and Duration

OPRO processes personal data solely for the purpose of providing career consulting services.

This DPA remains in effect for as long as the Client uses our services.
3. Nature and Purpose of Processing

Reviewing and optimizing professional profiles (CVs, LinkedIn, Cover Letters).

Communicating with recruiters and job market stakeholders.

Customer support and administration.

6. Obligations of the Data Processor (OPRO)

Process personal data only on documented instructions from the Client.

Ensure that persons authorized to process the personal data have committed themselves to confidentiality.

Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

Notify the Client without undue delay after becoming aware of a data breach.

Assist the Client in responding to data subject requests under GDPR.

At the Client’s choice, delete or return all personal data after service completion.
7. Sub-Processing

SSL-OPRO may engage subcontractors (such as email platforms or CRM providers) subject to the same data protection obligations.
8. International Transfers

SSL-OPRO processes personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA). Transfers outside the EEA will only occur under GDPR-compliant mechanisms.
9. Audit Rights

The Client has the right to request evidence of SSL-OPRO’s data protection practices.
10. Liability
Each party remains fully liable for any damages caused by its breach of this DPA.
11. Governing Law
This DPA is governed by the laws of Ireland.
III. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)
Effective Date: 16 July 2024
This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") outlines the service standards provided by SÚILEACH SOLUTIONS LIMITED OPRO Project.

Submit complete and accurate information within the specified timeframe (24 hours after payment).

4. Service Availability

Email support: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Irish time)

No guaranteed support on public holidays in Ireland.
5. Service Exclusions
The following are outside the scope of this SLA:

Guaranteeing job offers or interviews

Management of LinkedIn Premium services

LinkedIn account recovery, activation, or technical support

Resume rework due to client-modified profiles post-delivery
6. Issue Reporting
Clients must report service issues in writing by email through the provided contact channels.
7. Refund Policy

A refund request is valid only if made within 24 hours after the first payment, provided no service work has commenced.

No refunds are provided in cases of service disruption caused by the client's non-compliance with the Terms of Service.
8. Force Majeure
OPRO is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., server failures, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters).
9. Governing Law
This SLA shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of Ireland.

We collect and process your personal data solely for service delivery, client support, and business improvement. You have full rights regarding your personal data. 7. Intellectual Property All content, templates, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of SSL-OPRO. Use without permission is prohibited 8.
